        The guys were fantastic from start to finish, with a real personal touch. I had quotes from other companies, but Edinburgh Removals were the only ones who called me up and arranged to come round to my home for a survey. They did so and made such a good recommendation that we used every single box provided. We needed no more: spot on!

        In regards to the move itself, the guys were very friendly and professional. We managed to have a laugh which really made the experience more enjoyable. Another personal touch I really appreciated: I mentioned that I had my cycle stolen before, and because of that, they took extra care of my current bike, which I didn't specifically ask them to do!

        The initial stage went perfectly, all loaded up well in advance of the time I expected.

        We picked up the keys to our new home and the guys arrived shortly after we did. All the boxes were brought in carefully and laid down where our labels asked, while we cleaned our new home. After quite a short amount of time we were told everything was done! My wife and I looked at each other and thought it was a joke, nope it was all done! Our moving was all finished by early afternoon, everything in its place, fantastic!

        About the personal touch again: later on we went upstairs and saw they even built our bed for us! Such a nice thing to do and very much appreciated.

        I'd also like to mention that Edinburgh Removals were much, much cheaper than the other full quote I had. There's absolutely no chance the service could have been any better from anyone else.

        I can't recommend these guys enough, if I could rate 10 out of 5 I would! Everyone involved in our move were fantastic: real genuine guys. Thanks again for making our move into our first home such a great experience!!

        Excellent friendly service, really went beyond where I expected them to in service. A pleasure to deal with and extremely careful with our stuff, no breakages at all. I would highly recommend.

Edinburgh Removals went above and beyond the call of duty to help me move my entire flat (which was packed up in bin bags!) last minute, after another moving company (Van Man Removals - please do not use!) refused to follow through with their service and left me in tears over their violent screaming and harassment directed towards me. After this disturbing experience, I called every other moving company I could find in Edinburgh, all of whom said it was too last minute to move my belongings to a storage locker (I had a flight out of the country the next day, so I really had to move out of my flat!). Finally, I called up Edinburgh Removals who immediately came to help, not only with extremely professional removal services, but also with such a helpful and friendly attitude which made me feel much better after a very stressful day. I ended up not having any time to accompany them to my storage locker, but they were able to store all of my belongings in a respectful and trustworthy manner. I can't express how thankful I am to have come across Edinburgh Removals, and would not hesitate to recommend them time and time again.
